Blake Shelton made a big comeback at the 2018 ACM Awards after being away for some time. Fans were excited to see him perform and wondered which of his hit songs he would choose.
Instead of singing his newer songs like “I Lived It” or “I’ll Name the Dogs,” Shelton surprised everyone with a throwback performance. He teamed up with country legend Toby Keith for a special segment called “ACM Throwback,” celebrating songs from 1993.
They chose Keith’s classic hit, “Should’ve Been a Cowboy,” which was celebrating its 25th anniversary that year. When they hit the stage, they got everyone on their feet, and the audience couldn’t stop cheering.
